Priority Purchase Scheme

Station Wynd is being created by Strathcarron Homes in conjunction with Glasgow City Council and the Scottish National Investment Bank to bring high quality, affordable homes to the Greater Pollok area.

The first phase of the development is aimed at helping First-Time buyers and those in social housing get their foot on the property ladder.

For the first two months of advertising, the properties will be allocated for reservation in order of priority to those in the following criteria:

• First-time Buyers who are in social rented accommodation in Greater Pollok ward

• First-time Buyers who are resident in Greater Pollok ward

• First-time buyers who have a family or work connection to Greater Pollok and wish to return there

• Other First-time Buyers
